All products are offered in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.
We reserve the right to:

• limit quantities per customer or per order.
Prices displayed on the website do not include international duties, taxes, or import fees unless explicitly stated.

 4.⁠ ⁠Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you authorize Bandog to charge your selected payment method for the full amount, including shipping fees and any duties collected at checkout (e.g., prepaid USA duties).
Bandog reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
• suspicion of fraud,
• incorrect pricing,
• stock unavailability,
• incomplete or inaccurate information.
If an order is cancelled, any collected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

 5.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are handled through India Post (Domestic & ITPS International).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
• delivery timelines are estimates,
• customs clearance may delay international delivery,
• Bandog is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

 6.⁠ ⁠Duties, Taxes & Customs
International customers (outside Asian duty-free regions and USA prepaid-duty shipments) are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, or charges as required by their country.
Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being held, returned, or destroyed by customs.
Bandog is not responsible for such outcomes or any associated costs.

 7.⁠ ⁠No Returns or Refunds
All purchases from Bandog are final sale.
We do not accept:
• returns,
• exchanges,
• refunds,
• order cancellations after payment.
Exceptions apply only if:
• the item received is damaged, or
• you received the incorrect product.
In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence at:

We strive to provide accurate product information.
However, Bandog does not warrant that product descriptions, images, sizing details, or other content on the site are error-free.
Bandog may correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

All content on the Bandog website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, and trademarks — is the property of Bandog and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• delays or losses after the parcel is handed over to the carrier,
• customs or import issues,
