Refund policy

At Bandog, every product is produced in strictly limited quantities. To maintain fairness, exclusivity, and quality control, all sales are final.
Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.

1.⁠ ⁠All Sales Are Final
Bandog does NOT offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason other than those listed under Section 2.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• change of mind,
• ordering the wrong size,
• dislike of fit, feel, or color,
• accidental or duplicate purchases,
• delays caused by postal services or customs.
We strongly encourage customers to review all product details and size charts before purchasing.

2.⁠ ⁠Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
A refund or replacement may be issued only if:
1. The product arrives damaged, or
2. You receive an incorrect item.
To qualify, you must:
• notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and
• provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Once verified, Bandog will:
• send a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
• issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3.⁠ ⁠Evidence Requirements
Your evidence must clearly show:
• the product,
• the damaged/incorrect area,
• the Bandog packaging and shipping label.
Claims without sufficient evidence will be rejected to prevent misuse of the policy.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Eligible Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
• minor variations in color or texture due to lighting/device screens,
• normal shipping wear-and-tear on outer packaging,
• delays caused by India Post, customs, or local couriers,
• failure to pay import duties (for applicable countries),
• lost parcels resulting from an incorrect address entered by the customer.

5.⁠ ⁠Lost or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
• refusal to accept delivery,
• failure to pay duties,
• incorrect/incomplete address,
• the customer not collecting the parcel from their local post office,
the order remains non-refundable.
Bandog may reship the item upon request, but a new shipping fee will be charged.

6.⁠ ⁠Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If your claim is approved, Bandog will process your refund within 7–14 business days.
Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
