Shipping policy

1.⁠ ⁠Shipping Regions

Bandog ships worldwide to all countries supported under India Post’s International Tracked Packet Service (ITPS).
Domestic orders within India are fulfilled via India Post’s registered services.

2.⁠ ⁠Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-order items).

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Timelines

United States: 
Delivery Time: 10–14 working days

Asia (ITPS-eligible countries)
Delivery Time: 7–12 working days

India:
Delivery Time: 3–7 working days

Rest of World (ITPS-eligible countries outside Asia & USA)
Delivery Time: 10–14 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

4.⁠ ⁠Import Duties & Taxes

India & Asia:
No import duties apply.

United States:
Bandog collects 50% import duty at checkout (included in the product price) and remits it to India Post prior to dispatch. Customers will not be charged any additional duties on arrival.

All Other Countries:
Import duties, VAT, or any customs-related charges imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

These fees are determined by local authorities, and Bandog has no control over their calculation or timing.

Customers who decline to pay duties may face delays or return-to-sender actions by local customs. Bandog will not be liable for such instances.

5.⁠ ⁠Shipping Fees

USA & Rest of World:
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on India Post ITPS rates.

India:
Free shipping on all orders.

Asia (ITPS-eligible):
Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6.⁠ ⁠Return-to-Sender (RTS) & Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned due to:

a) incorrect or incomplete address,

b) refusal to accept the package,

c) refusal to pay customs duties (where applicable), or

d) repeated failed delivery attempts,

the customer will be responsible for:

the original shipping fee, the return shipping cost (if applicable), and any re-shipping charges for dispatching the item again.

7.⁠ ⁠Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect on the carrier’s system after dispatch.

8.⁠ ⁠Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once dispatched, Bandog is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or operational issues within the destination country’s postal or customs systems.

For lost shipments, Bandog will assist in raising a claim with India Post. Resolutions depend on postal service policies.
